The visors work with both mounts as they are CNC machined to fit the outside flange of your unit. This allows them to be mounted, with the nuts and screws provided, directly to the unit or through the holes into the dash/backing.

Worldwide shipping is generally 5-14 days via Standard International or quicker for express parcel option. Import taxes and duties may be payable in some overseas countries, so it’s buyer’s responsibility to contact your local authority office or customs office to find out what duties are payable.

All of the international shipping is flat rate provided by us, if you would like to combine a few items, please let us know and we’ll see if we can do a better postage price for your destination, in most cases we manage to save you a few dollars.

In the instance where Shipping cost is unexpectedly higher than the freight charge generated via the ebay system, Freak Sports has the right to vary the shipping charge and advise the customer of the new price. In this case the customer has the right to accept the new price and pay the difference in freight or cancel their order in which case FSA will issue the customer with full refund.

We don’t offer FREE returns for international orders. We currently can issue returns for New Zealand and UK based customers. Buyers are responsible for returning the items to us in the original and unused conditions before they will be issued a refund. Contact us for more info.

DEPOT COLLECTION & FREIGHT CHARGES

Freak Sports Australia (“FSA”) uses a variety of shipping carries for all our shipping and logistics solutions. When you purchase from a kayak from us, you are given the best and most competitive price from the most preferred transport carriers for your convenience and delivered to your door or nearest depot by offering our FREE* delivery service for small and large goods.

Products classified as large goods such as kayaks other goods over 5kg cubic can, in some instances attract high shipping costs particularly when transported to regional towns or long distances across Australia.

Kayak & Bulky Goods Freight

We dare to be different, and we want you to be FREAK(in) happy with your new purchase. If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of full price within 60 days of the order date, provided that the product comes back to us in its original condition, no questions asked. Shipping charges and restocking fee of 20% apply for large items, kayaks, special order items and some electronics.

For the purchase of pre-orders, no refund for change of mind or incorrect size/colour chosen. No cancellation after payment is made. Exchange or store credit may be offered and is subject to availability of stock. Please visit our Pre-Order terms.

Freak Sports will accept returns for goods purchased from us and offer a repair, replacement or refund and/or provide part compensation (conditions apply) for the item if the item:

  • Are faulty, or become faulty within a reasonable time after purchase, or are still under warranty
  • Are not fit for any purpose stated in our item listing or they don’t do what we said they would do
  • Don’t match our description or display stock that you have inspected
  • Are of unacceptable quality, or
  • Fail to meet other mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
