We are happy to accept returns for non faulty products within 14 days of receipt PROVIDING they are received in the condition they were sent in. Please note, if the product is not faulty, we will not pay for any return parcel costs!
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all packaging intact, and complete with all accessories/instructions etc. New items must be returned unopened and unused.
Return carriage to us is at buyers cost and we strongly advise using a tracked-for and insured delivery service.
If you wish to return an item please start a return on eBay.
If your item develops a fault please notify us via My eBay. If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the pricewisedirect team or assessment and verification of the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment if collection is arranged by pricewisedirect.
Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.
