Because E bay  wants tracking numbers , we charge 15 to US in order that there will be a tracking number.  International orders will be charged $14 but no tracking as each country varies the availability of tracking and the rate.  International orders will be accepted unless banned from parcels by Canada  but email first to ask for rates and whether you want tracking. 

Yes we do ship to CANADA but there is no standard shipping rate for all.  So send an email and I can let you know the shipping and you can decide to order.
