I do my utmost to ensure you are getting exactly what I have advertised -BUT- I may occasionally miss something... so if you have an issue with a purchase please contact me so I can sort out a solution, as I genuinely do not want you to be disappointed.

However, I don't take returns for change of mind, because it doesn't fit, or variations in colour. 

I usually provide measurements, please check them before purchasing (if I haven't provided them, you are welcome to contact me to get them before purchase). 

Colours will often vary for photos due to lighting, resolutions etc but if the item is quite different to the photos I will add that information to my description.
