Offered here is a collection of 59 nutcrackers, smokers and music boxes, all hand-crafted in Germany by Christian Ulbricht, Steinbach, Zuber and Richard Glasser. These pieces were purchased by seller, beginning in the mid to late 80's, until approximately 2018, from prestigious retailers like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Macy's and many other small reputable Christmas specialty shops.  Some are limited editions and marked and/or signed accordingly.

Many of these nutcrackers are impossible to find anywhere and, when they are, their prices at online selling platforms, retailers and resellers' sites, are often double, triple and more than the individual average price of the pieces in this collection, at the set price of $5,000.  Some of these nutcrackers are so rare that they sell for $500, $1k-$3k and much more individually. 


Condition:  Excellent pre-owned condition.  Just as purchased.  Only displayed (in small numbers) for about 3-4 weeks during 2-3 Christmas seasons and then carefully stored.  Extremely well cared for.  Comes from non-smoking, non-pet, non-children environment.

Please refer to the pictures posted and feel free to email me if you have any questions.  The limitations in the number of photos for each listing allowed by eBay, dictated the need to create the 12 collages posted.  However, in preparation for this sale offering, I took more than 300 pictures in total, including 4 pictures of each nutcracker (front, side, back and side), which I'll be delighted to provide upon request. 

SOLD in "AS IS" condition. 

I reside in the New York Metropolitan area, across Manhattan, on the New Jersey side of Hudson River, with very easy road access.  Local Pick Up is available 7 days a week during daytime hours but, preferably Mon-Fri, from 9 am to 3 pm. 

Items are carefully stored in 9 oversized bins/boxes.  Seller is not responsible for transportation arrangements and does not assume any risks related to the transportation of the items to its final destination.
