STORY
My kids have lots of souvenir figurines and toys that they display, but they take up a lot of space and we are always trying to figure out where to place them. This item was designed to compliment the IKEA Detolf cabinet and to capitalize on pockets of spaces that are still left unused to store extra items. On these 'pockets' of spaces, you can place of these clips to hold a single Funko POP! figurine or a 6" Action figure, some LEGO minifigures and whatever else fits in the base.
DESIGN
The clips are designed to easily grab or snap into the existing 6mm diameter metal posts of the IKEA Detolf cabinet. Much like the Lego, the 'clutch' power of the clips is what supports the shelf and the display items. It takes a few seconds to install it and without the use of tools. You can use it with the flat surface up to hold some wider figurines or with the side braces up for smaller figurines that may require edge protection from falling.
MATERIAL
The item is 3D printed using a plastic material called PETG, the same durable plastic used in drink containers. The item color is Light Grey to match the existing paint colour of the posts.
INSTALLATION
Select which flat side you want to face up then simply snap the bottom corner of the clip on the metal rods first and when engaged, push the rest of the clip to grab the rod. Slide the stand to your desired location in the post and place your figurine. The clip-on stands can go on any of the 4 posts inside the Detolf cabinet.
LOAD BEARING
On average, a Funko POP figurine weight around 3-6 oz (0.2-0.4 lb; 85-170 g). I have successfully tested these clips to support 1 lb (16 oz; 454 g) of weight. The clips can possibly support more but it would be at your own risk. You can also use hot glue to semi-permanently bind the clip to the rod.

Single orders from Canada shipping is $2.50 plus $0.10 for additional items via Canada Post standard letter mail, NO TRACKING.

A standard extra shipping fee of 8.0 USD is required from select countries. Add another 0.5 USD for additional orders as the package gets heavier. This shipping has TRACKING.
