Unlike the standard rubber OEM hoses which deteriorate over time and collapse when under pressure, our hoses are constructed using a high quality silicone Polyester or Nomex compound. They are further reinforced with a polyester layer to provide a more rigid structure to prevent collapse of hose under high boost conditions whilst sustaining pressure which is essential for the smooth delivery of power and quicker turbo spool resulting in increased performance and improved throttle response.

This product was primarily designed for the K03 and K03S cars who wanted to upgrade to a hybrid or k03s turbo with bigger injectors and to utilise the Audi S3 or Audi TT 225 or Seat Leo Cupra R 3" MAF housing for increased airflow without the need for additional hardware joins in the pipe etc.  No need for additional silicone joins or hardware direct bolt on for K03/K03s/K03 hybrid Turbos with 51mm inlet and a direct fit on the 80mm or 3" MAF end. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to this hose being oversized and the limited space available for fitting, you will find an obstruction caused by a metal coolant pipe which runs close to the turbo intake pipe,  you would be required to unbolt the metal coolant pipe from its mounting bracket and move slightly away from the engine to accommodate the oversized hose.  Professional installation is recommended.

Please note that this item will fit the above cars and also please note that on some very very early AUM engine cars you might need a blanking plug to one of the small breather holes as some earlier cars did not have the breather at the bottom can be blanked off easily enough with a jubilee clamp and a blank piece of metal/bolt/blanking plug etc.  Please note this is the case with all 1.8T turbo intake pipes and most of the people selling them don't even mention it as they probably haven't seen a 1.8T engine ever.  Unlike us we are enthusiasts who make sure that all relevant information is provided so that there are no hidden surprises.
