Jim Shore Folk Art Vigilance Cat & Bell Figurine Heartwood Creek Enesco 2006 Jim Shore grew up in rural South Carolina, the son of artistic parents who instilled a love of American folk art. His grandmother was a master quilter who taught him the patience and skill to bring intricate designs to life. Jim worked decades developing his craft, manufacturing his own designs and traveling the country to sell his work. Finally in 2001, he partnered with Enesco to create Heartwood Creek, the successful brand that brought Jim world-wide fame. Jim has received multiple awards from prestigious trade organizations including ICON HONORS Life Accomplishment Award in 2014. This figurine is a faux wood folk art cat with a patchwork design is sitting down with a bell hanging from his tail.  "Vigilance" is printed in red letters on the side of the base.  It's made of hand painted resin and measures 6 5/8" high, 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" deep.  Item# V4006927.  The original box is not included.  Very nice condition.  Someone has hand written a note on the bottom of the base.
