See pictures for details on appearance and condition.  I tried to show some imperfections up close.  Near the valve hole there is a tiny line that might be a crack. I took three pictures of this spot so you could try to evaluate for yourself how important it is. It seems insignificant to me. The last picture my finger is pointing at a little depression, invisible to the camera except to follow the shadow/reflection line. There are a couple places along the rim where these little depressions can be felt.

The hub spins smoothly and the rim is true
