Southport Wreckers offers a Guaranteed 30-Day Swap over Policy on ALL Second-Hand Parts sold on eBay. Some of the specifics are as follows:

• Warranty Covers the Part only. We do not accept any liability for accumulated labour or time expenses.
• When a product is found to be faulty, Southport Wreckers will send out a Swap-car Part when applicable.
• In certain situations, it is acceptable that a swap-over is declined due to urgency on behalf of the customers. However, as a rule of thumb, we will always try and push for a Swap-over Part to be sent.
• All Swap-over items will be sent with Express Australia post expect for certain situations and locations.
• All Car Parts are sent out with identifiable markings and scribing’s, and, when our items are tampered with, this may void your return rights. In the event that you attempt to a return a part that is not hours, we will request for eBay to do a formal investigation.
• Please Contact us first before returning a car part.

Southport Wreckers prides itself on offering above average shipping execution, posting 98% of its orders on the First Business day of receiving an order! Here are some of the options and specifics:

• All orders are sent out within 1 Business day of receiving an order!
• We offer Express post on all our items! Please select this option on the checkout!
• In the event that a part arrives damaged on arrival, we will express post a replacement item!
• Most items will arrive within 2 – 4 days after purchase, but it is possible that items are delayed through Australia Post up to 3 days!
• All Tracking Numbers can be found online, and should be interpreted as only a guide.
• Return Postage is covered by us under most circumstances, not including buyer’s remorse
• Engines, Differentials and Transmissions have a separate list of Delivery Specifics.

Southport Wreckers offers Installation Services for all of its products. We have on-site parts fitters that can professionally fit anything to your vehicle that we stock in our store!

• Fitting Services starting at $85 an hour.
• On average most apointments are about 45 minutes long. However for smaller parts we have a minimum charge of $25.
• All work is done with warranty. 30 Day Part Warranty with 30 Day Work labour included. 
  

In Phase One, a fully certified mechanic does a rounded inspection over the car. This includes a start test, video recording of the car running, inspection documentation and finally a WOVR check for all applicable status's and vin number may incur.

In Phase Two, another mechanic then proceeds to individually remove each mechanical and cosmetic part of the car one at time, testing for total functionality and condition quality. One at a time, each item being categorised, pressure cleaned, engraved and racked ready for sale. 

In Phase Three, once the sale has been processed and acknowledged within the eBay department, the item is checked over by Lucas (our 10-year experience yard manager. When he gives the go ahead, its photographed, wrapped & sent that day!
