Appears as a new shirt, maybe washed once or twice. Perfect condition with no flaws. LAPD, 77th St. Division, but for the jail ( on Broadway? in South Central LA, which holds about 200 inmates. This is their 2013 Baker to Vegas (super extreme) relay race shirt. On the right sleeve (photo #3) is city employee club Los Angeles.
