Payment Policy

• Payment must be made within 48hours of purchase unless arrangement has been made beforehand. If there are any problems, please me within 24 hours of purchase.

• Paypal is the main form of payment accepted.

• HOWEVER, I can arrange other forms of payment. Please contact me before bidding.

• I reserve the right to cancel any transactions which I deem undesirable.

Shipping Policy

• It will vary but handling times will not be longer than 3 days.

• Items can only be dispatched to addresses provided by Paypal.

• All items are posted using Royal Mail postal service.

• DHL, or other express delivery can be arranged at the buyers request but for an extra cost (contact me for more details).

• If any customs or duty tax incurs, it will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• All items are packaged with care, so you can be rest assured that they will arrive in excellent condition.

• A Royal Mail tracking number will be provided once the item has been posted.

• I can provide combined P&P so please contact me for more details.

Returns Policy

• Returns will be provided on a case by case basis.

• Once I have received and checked the item, a refund will be issued.

• The item, including the Hermes box and ribbon that was included in the package must be returned in its original saleable condition.

• For UK and European customers, the refund policy lasts for 7 days and 14 days for the rest of the world.

• This takes effect from the day you receive the item and I must be provided a tracking number within the days I specified above.

• Partial refunds can be provided, if there is an unforeseen problem.

• The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs and any other costs that may incur.
