IMPORTANT SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE

USPS First class mail is a disaster. We have had problems with more then 5% of the packages we have sent out and 2 and 3 week delivery times not unknown . Up to half of the packages sent are not scanned when they are turned over to the Post Office and therefore tracking numbers have become useless. USPS has also lost a number of packages and delivered damaged and empty packages. Once it's in the mail box it's out of our hands.
