F: Warum sind meine beiden Lautsprecher oder ein Seitenlautsprecher nicht verfügbar/kein Ton?
A: 1. überprüfen Sie bitte, ob das Kopfhörerkabel in der richtigen Richtung eingesteckt ist, 2. stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass das Kopfhörerkabel vollständig in die Schnittstelle eingesteckt ist.
 
F: Warum ist die Lautstärke der Gegensprechanlage sehr niedrig?
A: 1. wenn Sie denken, dass die Stimme während der Gegensprechanlage zu leise ist, können Sie die Taste "+" drücken, um die Lautstärke zu erhöhen2: Unterschiedliche Standorte der Lautsprecher verursachen Unterschiede in der Lautstärke.
3. bitte installieren Sie den Lautsprecher so nah wie möglich an Ihren Ohren.
4. wenn der Abstand zu groß ist, wird die Lautstärke reduziert. Sie können die verdickte Unterlage aus dem Paket verwenden.
