Payments are made via eBay [Managed by eBay] or PayPal. We accept Postal orders and bankers draft too for domestic customers.  

Note: An unpaid case is open automatically for non-payment within the 4th day of purchase or auction ends. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Orders are dispatched once the payment is cleared, 5 days a week, delivery times depend on the delivery option taken out. We mostly offer FREE Signed for/Tracked for UK & Reduced international Tracked delivery services. Multiple buy discounts automatically apply to the 2nd & 3rd items purchased from the same listing. 

We endeavour to list shipping costs [if any] as accurately as possible, costs incl our services, packaging, i.e., tissue & boxes, bubble wraps & opaque bags for safer deliveries. We will obtain a receipts/tracking number as proof of posting. Highlands, Islands & other remote areas may take longer to deliver goods.  

RETURNS POLICY 

NOT all items are returnable. Returns are accepted for all STATED listings, according to our T & C and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect. For all returns, we MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Goods MUST be returned in their original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (incl the packaging where it forms part of the goods, i.e., boxed items), all seals remain unbroken and for hygiene & safety reasons have not been opened or used.  

We recommend you return goods via Tracked/Signed service; you are responsible for items lost/damaged in post/transit. Once goods are received in satisfactory condition, we will cancel the order and process your refunds. Change of mind post and return postal charges are non-refundable. 

Sorry, NO RETURNS/REFUND on lingerie, hosiery [socks], swimwear, underwear, hats and Jewellery for Safety & Hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
