2006-2008 Operation jump start, this shirt is from the Scorpions Task Force in El Centro, CA. Notice the glitter on the back. This was a very successful program where the Military sent troops to do certain tasks to free the US Border Patrol to do enforcement and build some border wall and roads. A Huge amount of illegal drugs and drug related criminals were apprehended.
