A. YES! International customers will have to pay ALL duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.
Return Policy and Payment Info
Returns
We offer money-back or replacement returns on all of our products. If you would like to return your order for a refund or replacement you must first contact us for return authorization. All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and all items being returned MUST have a return material authorization (RMA) number. Returned packages with no RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, you must send a return request via eBay message. All non-defective items being returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee + 5USD FOR SHIPPING
. This fee may be waived for certain situations. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns where the restocking fee applies, and buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges in all cases. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not make an offer or bid on this listing.

We (ADCOM99) will not be responsible for unclaimed, delayed, broken and/or damaged, opened, returned or lost package(s) shipped ISR POST OFFICE mail. In any such case, you will still be charged the full price of the order. Once the package leaves the Israel , it is out of our control. Adcom99 is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose, nor are they included in the item(s) price or shipping charge(s). All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise below value or mark item(s) as a gift(s) - isr and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees prior to bidding/buying. The delivering freight company normally collects these charges or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Additional Shipping Charges

Handling Time
Orders shipping with ISR POST OFFICE will be shipped within UP TO 4 business day after payment is received. Our office is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed on these days will ship on the following business day.
