Shipping:

We will always try to ship the same business day if order is paid by noon CST. We will always ship within 24 hours of the next business day. However, once the item is delivered to the carrier, it is out of our control. The USPS/UPS/Fedex has experienced delays because of the Pandemic, so we will always try to upgrade when and where we can without any upcharges.

Payment:

Payment received (ebay) after agreement to purchase on the Buy it Now button. We will ship same day or next business day. If we have negotiated a Best Offer price then we expect to be paid immediately or soon thereafter of the sale. If you have purchased something in error and would like to cancel, please request a refund ASAP, because we ship all the items usually same day or within 24 hours.

Terms of Sale:

Purchase from Buy it Now requires immediate payment via ebay.  If we have agreed to a best offer price, then you are obligated to purchase the item. We will request that you you pay immediately in order to expedite the shipping process. If not, within 24 hours or we will reconsider the best offer and may pull that item back. 

If you made a mistake in ordering please contact us immediately and we will do I best to work with you and to avoid shipping charges or restocking fees!

Returns/Refunds:

Returns and refunds will be granted up to 30 days on items that have not been opened or on items that are not missing items or are damaged. 

If a return is necessary, then you must get an approval and a return authorization number before the item returned. 

In the event of a negotiated return, once we receive the item unopened, without damage or missing parts/items then a refund will be given via ebay payment processing.

ALL RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED OR ARE MISSING ITEMS OR ARE NOT IN THE SHIPPED CONDITION ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING/HANDLING FEE!
