Lot Information Sheet

All loose stamps are mounted on a stock card accompanied by a Lot Information sheet, usually photo no. 2, detailed below.

This sheet quotes the following:-    

  

    Lot Information

         - Lot Reference Number

         - Country Name

         - Lot Description 

         - 1 or more of the following will be indicated:-

                           - MNH, Mint, Lightly hinged, Hinged, Used, Part set, Full set, etc

     Stamp information

         - Each stamp will have the following information:-

                           - Year of Issue

                           - Denomination

                           - SG reference number

                           - Stamp colour, when required

                           - SG 2006 catalogue book value (high value ONLY)

The above information is provided to enable purchasers to identify their individual or group stamp requirements. A small cost premium has been included in the purchase price.

Stock Cards and Postage & Packaging

The stock card and postage & packaging costs are included in the purchase price as are any card backed envelope used for Mini-sheets etc.
