5. BUYERS IGNORE THEIR KEY NUMBER STAMPED ON THEIR KEY, NEVER FINDING IT IN THE LIST BELOW. IF YOUR KEY NUMBER IS NOT FOUND IN THE LIST BELOW, THEN ASK BEFORE YOU ORDER.  

6. MANUFACTURES SWITCH KEYS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YEAR AND NEVER TELL ANYONE, OR THEY USE MORE THAN ONE KEY BUT WITH DIFFERENT KEY CODES. A DIFFERENT KEY CODE SERIES MEANS A DIFFERENT KEY. THEREFORE, IT IS IMPERATIVE FOR YOU TO MATCH YOUR KEY TO MY KEY BLANK IN THE PICTURES AND KEY NUMBERS.

• This auction is for one (1) new X139/V35 automotive key blank for a 1985-1988 Audi 5000 listed above and below. The most complete list is below due to Ebay not listing all years and models. 
• THIS IS NOT A GUESSING GAME. There's several different keys that look alike and have different variations and sub-variations. 
• Please send me a picture of your key so I can match it for you, making sure you get what you want the first time. Saving both of us a lot of aggravation. 
• Please check the chart below before purchasing key blanks.
• Please be sure to match my key blank number, key groves, and tip of key to your existing key.
• The head/name/key number/finish of the key blank could be different depending on the manufacturer or availability.
• We have two different key manufacturers that have different styles of plastic heads. We will send whatever we pick out of inventory unless you let us know which one you want. The pictures shows both styles.
• You will need to take the key blank along with your key to a locksmith, big box store, hardware store, or dealership to have it cut.
• Please check your key blank in your lock BEFORE having it cut. If it doesn't go in your lock please contact us before having your key cut. NO RETURNS ON CUT KEYS!
• We highly recommend using a professional locksmith.
• This key is NOT a transponder key. 
• This is not an original OEM key blank, but an aftermarket key.
