Membrane keypad is installed BETWEEN the original keypad and circuit board.

Clean the circuit board with Isopropyl alcohol before installation. 

When applying the sticker repair pad, peel off the brown layer and use the sides to line up the pad. DO NOT stick it down hard. It's best to lay it flat then leave it alone. It will not fall off. You want the installation to be flat as possible. Do not put pressure on the button pads or you might cause them to cave in which can create a permanent button press. If you have trouble, you can remove the pad and re-align it. It is easier to do this within 24 hours. You can also use a hair dryer to warm the adhesive making it easier. 

When putting the back housing back on make sure the battery springs slide into the slot on the back housing.
