TERMOFOL DIAMOND is a PREMIUM brand of TERMOFOL products characterized by special care for above-standard design and quality. The heating films of the TERMOFOL DIAMOND line are manufactured based on ultra-modern technological solutions. In the production process of the heating films of the TERMOFOL DIAMOND line, we use the latest scientific experience in the field of nano-molecular carbon structures. This allows you to achieve the highest quality and durability of the product while maintaining all the advantages of infrared heating.
As in the classic version, the base of the TERMOFOL DIAMOND heating film is PET film, however, thanks to its increased thickness and stiffness, it is characterized by a much higher resistance to mechanical damage and abrasion. Invariably, also in the PREMIUM version, the heating foil shows considerable insulation and fire resistance, thanks to which the entire system is very safe. The heating films of the TERMOFOL DIAMOND line are fed by a highly conductive copper connecting tape which supplies the modified carbon heating sections.
This system will work efficient even if only 75% floor
is cover, that depends on house insulation and heating film power.
Higher house energy rating = lower heating film power.
Low power will be perfect for the alternative heating (the comfort of a warm floor 60W/m², 80W/m²,140W/m²), but with the higher 180W/m² 220W/m² power as a primary heating source.
Designed to be use with every surface metal glass wood
stone carpet ect.
This panels does not work constantly, heating film is
only switched on when temperature drops under set level.
Can be connected directly to solar panels.
Can be install on wall floor or ceiling.

Can I tile directly on heating mat?
Ceramic
tiles cannot be place directly on heating film concrete screed layer in
necessary minimum 30mm.
Step by
step installation video available here
If you
want to tile directly on sub floor use our heating wire.
Can I use carpet/wood?
We
recommend heat accumulating layer between heating film and final floor.
Concrete,
stone works very well can evenly heat up and devote accumulated heat
longer than any other material.
Any
material can be lay out on concrete floor glass wood carpet vinyl.
In some
cases carpet can be lay out directly on heating film contact us for details.
Can I use laminate panels?
Laminate
panels can be lay out directly on heating film, insulation works as a
underlay no additional underlay is necessary.
Can I combine different heating film power?
No for
one circuit always use the same heating film power. Never connect this panels
without thermostat.
Do I need to use insulation?
We
always recommend to use insulation, this can help save energy on the long term,
soft foam insulation can be used directly under heating film this will stop
your floor from absorb heat
Why I need to use sensor protective tube?
Floor
temperature sensor needs to be placed in protective tube just in case you
decided to change or replace faulty thermostat. Sensors rarely work with new
thermostat so you can easily pull out old sensor and replace with new one
What kind of tile adhesive I can use?
With
any floor heating always use flexible tile adhesive.
Which
side insulation and heating film needs to be lay down?
Place
insulation with the aluminium layer towards sub floor, dedicated glue for
holding insulation in place is permitted. Heating film can be used on both
sides.
We do what we can to help safe environment In our facilities we minimize
and segregate waste. For packing our products we use biodegradable bags and
cardboard boxes that can be used again or easily recycled. We are proud
to offer products that can work with renewable energy sources not only reduce
heating cost to zero but also beneficial effect on the human body.
How infrared
radiation works?
The beauty of
infrared heating is that feeling warm or cold doesn’t depend on the temperature
of the surrounding air. Traditional heating, which is convection-based, relies
upon the air temperature to increase before you feel warm. When infrared waves
touch a surface, energy is released in the form of heat, irrespective of the
surrounding air temperature. This explains why people on a winter sports
holiday can enjoy a pleasant sunbath at low outside temperatures without
feeling the cold. Unlike conventional systems, Infrared heating units heat the
walls, ceiling and furnishings – not the air. Walls retain heat for longer than
air and return warmth to the room. They stay dry, giving mould and mildew no
chance to spread. A further advantage lies in the fact that there is no
circulation of the air, therefore no dust is raised. Perfect for allergy
