If you have a problem with the product, please contact us through eBay immediately and include the original purchase information i.e. your name, address, telephone number, email address, purchase receipt/number & a picture/video of the item with the packaging for verification of the fault/wrong item.

In the unlikely event the wrong product has been sent or the product is faulty, as per Australian Consumer Law we have the option of requesting the return of the item (at the seller's cost following verification of wrong or faulty product) & either issuing a refund in full or the correct/replacement product sent.

If the reason for the return/refund request is other than a wrong or faulty product received, we do not accept returns or requests for refunds.
