Made in Taiwan, this light/chandelier is in great shape. No major marks or dents. Slight wear can be seen, but from a distance>perfection. Cream colored base with green accents. Flush mount system. No wiring included. Measures approximately 5.25" support diameter, 15.5" outer diameter, and height is 5.5". 

Will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Seller has no control over shipping increases
