FASHION BARCODE welcomes payments from PayPal and for the moment is the only accepted payment method.
- You can pay with any credit card or by charging your bank account if you have it registered with PayPal.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. However if you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option 'Don't have a PayPal account?' and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.
- It is advisable though, to create your own account. It is fast and FREE. This way you can easily make payments, any time you purchase something through the internet, without having to input your personal information each time.
- Immediate payment will be required to make a purchase in a BUY IT NOW listing. If you are unable to complete check out for a product you are interested in, at that specific moment, you can contact us and we will reserve it for you.
SHIPPING
FASHION BARCODE subsidizes the shipping cost on all orders so that its customers can enjoy usually FREE shipping unless otherwise stated.
Unlike our competitors we also offer FREE returns on apparel, footwear and accessories, basically things which you are most likely to need to return. So in a nutshell, it is not going to cost you anything if things do not fit or you just don't like them when they arrive.
As such, shipping cost as well as return postage will be FREE.
DELIVERY
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
USA and Canada: 7-10 business days, according to the final destination.
Europe: 5-7 business days for major cities / 7-10 business days for remote areas.
South America: 8-12 business days.
Asia and the Middle East: 8-12 business days.
Australia and Oceania: 8-12 business days for major cities / 10-14 business days for remote areas.
Africa: 8-12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

Unfortunately, there are factors beyond our control that may interfere with the accuracy of the estimated delivery.
We shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of FASHION BARCODE.
In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. For most orders this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting post office.
You can contact them to schedule another delivery or pick it up directly from your local post office at your earliest convenience.
TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.
Delivery is handled by your national postal service unless another courier is selected during checkout. To track your order, click on the link in your dispatch confirmation email; or alternatively, visit your country’s national post website where you will be asked to enter your tracking number for more information.
PLEASE NOTE
For security reasons, all FASHION BARCODE online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be held at your local sorting post office.
Undelivered Packages
An item that has not been delivered will be held at your local sorting post office before it is returned back to us. In most cases it will be held in storage for 14-21 days and then shipped back.
In this case, we will contact you about the return and ask for further instructions. We can either ship it again or refund the cost of purchase.

Free returns are available worldwide for all items within 30 days of receipt, provided the return terms and conditions specified below, are met.
Return Terms and Conditions
- A return request must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
- Item(s) must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
- Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
- You have to contact us via eBay messages and let us know that you want to return an item, specifying which one it is. We will provide instructions on which courier to use, address and all information regarding your return.
- In the case that the return shipment requires the payment of any added fees, FASHION BARCODE reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the instructions confirmation email.
Refund - Replacement
- We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and if not available a refund will be applied.
- PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: The value of your return plus the return postage will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received into our warehouse.
- The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.

Orders
Q: How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
- You will receive an email from us to confirm that your item(s) has/have been sent. Our aim is to have all items that qualify to be dispatched within 24 hours.
- All orders placed before 5pm noon CET, will be dispatched the same day.
- For orders placed after 11am CET on Saturday or Sunday will only be dispatched on the following Monday.

Return Policy
We want to ensure you are always happy and completely satisfied when shopping with us. To ensure this, we GUARANTEE that you can return any item, in its original condition, within 30 DAYS of the date you received your order.
Q: I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?
- All items dispatched are inspected for defects and faults, in the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty you must report this to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- We will make sure that whatever the problem, it will be resolved immediately.
- This must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- All items must be returned unused, unopened and in pristine condition. By this we mean that all packaging and all cellophane wrapping, labels and tamper resistant seals must be intact.

Deliveries

- From the time you receive your dispatch confirmation email we would expect you to receive your order within 5-7 working days for deliveries within Europe, or 7-10 working days for deliveries overseas.
