This is a big, solid plastic figure, much larger than the normal ponies at 6 inches high. This was released during the Crystal Princess Celebration line while the show was airing on HUB TV. So, it's an older item now. She's a pretty figure for Luna fans, decorated with little stars and moons all over. She looks good un-colored.

What's important:
The DAP line didn't do well because you CANT wash the marker off once she is colored & it doesn't say so anywhere on the box. Kids would scribble on these and make them look bad and have no way to get rid of it. It's actually pretty difficult to find a clean unused figure like this. About the only way to do it is with mint on box like this.

This is likely an 'overstock' item.

There's a yellow overstock number sticker applied to the back of the cardboard, it's pretty large. The box is also in a non-factory bag to keep it from getting dirty while it was over stocked. (as the display package was never a 'sealed toy'.)

G4 Pony is over / Hasbro is not making it any more.

If you want to finish off your collection with a Design A Luna, this is a good opportunity to do so.
