Shipment:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

We ship the goods commonly within 3-5 business days after your payment has been received.

Shipping time commonly need about 7 to 15 business days for most countries like U.K., USA , Canada, Australia, Switzerland, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan etc.

For some countries like Russia, Brazil, Hungary, Kazakhstan, etc. whose Customs has very strict policy, the shipping time will be rather long, usually about 20 to 35 business days or sometimes even longer, depend on shipping conditions and Customs operation speed.

Returns:

If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days after your receipt of the goods. Please kindly provide relevant photos and videos for checking and approval. After approval, please send us the items back and we will send you a replacement or refund you your money 100%.

Any subjective reason of return from buyer such as: "wrong buy", "don't need it any more" etc, we are also accepted, however the buyer should be responsible for all the related fees such as return shipping cost and the original shipping cost covered by seller and eBay fees. We do not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning. Please contact us within 14 days after your receipt of the goods.
