Used non-A/C heater control for Buick Wildcat, LeSabre, 225, and Electra. Part number stamped in backside of the faceplate is 7289012-1. Delco Radio DIV is also stamped in the backside of the faceplate. Some of the black painted chrome is chipping away at the edges, although I believe the chipped away part is covered by a trim piece.

The fan speed switch feels like it should and moves freely and stops at each speed notch. The temperature and heater/defroster sliders move without problem. The two lamp bases are in good condition and are included, as is the electrical pigtail from the back of the fan switch. The three control cables are included. Note the condition in the photos. Several of the colored plastic tabs are broken. Overall unit appears in good condition.
