Ballad of the Four 'Conspirators' by Thurso Berwick (pseudonym of  Morris Blythman).  Undated but believed to be the 1950's.  Printed and published by M. Macdonald of Edinburgh.  A ballad that could be sung to the tune Harlaw.  4 pages, printed on 3 sides.  Relates to a trial in the Scottish High Court with Lionel Daiches (1911-1999) apparently the defence advocate, and Lord Justice Clerk Thomson (1893-1962) - spelt Thompson in the ballad - as the presiding Judge.  144mm x 224mm.  Corners creased, some browning.  Very scarce.
