BlackBerry Bold 9990 Unlocked Black & White Models Used.

Listing is for both models, there is one original box with original UK/Ireland plug and usb cable.

There is also a battery charger included, you can put the battery inside and attach the usb cable and charge it, it was perfect for back in the day to charge an extra battery to carry with you.

One of the batteries is an extended battery which was purchased in 2017, it does give longer battery life and was used for about a year before I switched to the Classic. UPDATE: this gold extended battery will no longer be included as it has started to swell and I believe it is no longer safe to use especially as the back door won’t close with it.

The black model looks visibly more used, the trackpad works and so does the keyboard but may take more force to register the key pressed, however I have tested all keys on the keyboard before making the listing and can confirm all keys work.

The screen has some very slight scratches but they are not deep or visible especially when the screen is powered on.

This model is network unlocked and was previously locked to Vodafone Ireland but is now unlocked to be used globally.

The white model is an Arab model, it works the same as the European models with the only difference of having arabic letters on the keypad too. The keys work on this model as of a recently I have found the trackpad can be unresponsive in terms of scrolling on the homepage but works fine when scrolling through apps, memos, tasks.

Sometimes there is no issue with the trackpad on the homepage.

The lock button on the top doesn’t work anymore and the side button that you can assign apps to open with doesn’t work, the volume buttons work as normal.

I would rather be upfront about any possible issues so the buyer can make an informed decision.

There are some marks on the back of the phone but it doesn’t affect the performance.

The screen is in very good condition with no visible scratches.

This model was factory unlocked from what I was told when purchasing it, I have used it on 2 different networks and can confirm it is fully unlocked.

After January 4th 2022, blackberry will stop support for their older blackberry models, please be aware of this when purchasing, I’m selling these phones in working condition, it is not my responsibility to guarantee that you can use internet or apps on this phone after January 2022.

International Shipping will be with UPS as current restrictions in Ireland do not allow us to send phones outside of Ireland.
