We ship all our items with an international valid tracking number. We use eBay's airmail shipping partner SpeedPak for all our international airmail shipments. All our SpeedPak airmail shipments have tracking numbers and can mainly be tracked over 17track.net. Here in our eBay shop we also offer combined shipping solutions for all our offers. Please read below how we combine your shipping costs. Please combine all your items from your final shopping cart into one invoice before you make the final payment. If you have problems in combining your items please drop us a short total amount request over eBay and we will do it for you.

All items will be shipped by economy airmail from Hong Kong and should arrive at your destination within 12-21 days. The express delivery takes usually 3-4 working days and is the perfect solution for last minute gift shopping. If you decide to choose the express delivery please let us know in advance and we will inform you about the additional shipping charges.

Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your received goods, you have naturally the right, to simply return it to us within 30 days after receiving the item. We are more than happy to exchange it or provide you with a refund. Return shipments can be send to Germany or to Hong Kong. If, by any reason, you want to return the received item to us please contact us prior to that by email. Thereupon we will provide you with a return-code which you will be needed to write on the package from outside. This return-code is needed for our internal affairs of handling all incoming return shipments.

Damaged goods, incorrectly delivered products or cancellation:
Please check products received immediatelly against your order. If a product is damaged, incorrectly delivered or if you change your mind and simply want to cancel a product delivered by us, please inform us by phone or e-mail within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of any damaged, incorrectly delivered or cancelled products if we have not been informed by you within 30 days of delivering them. Products should be returned in their original packaging, promptly at the customer cost. If you choose to return a product to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the transit process and we reserve the right to charge you or not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. We therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

All items will be checked prior to shipment and are carefully packed. We guarantee you that all items are packed and shipped out within 24h after receiving the full payment - even during weekends - !

Our service is designed to make you feel satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with any item from us, you may return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund, including any outward postal charge. However, CBP always reserves the right to require a formal entry for any importation and generally exercises this option if there is something unusual about the importation, or if important documents such as an invoice or bill of sale do not accompany the item.

To speed a package through CBP examination at a port's International Mail Branch, the seller should affix a completed CN 22 or CN 23 to the outside of the package. This form may be obtained at local post offices worldwide.

All packages, sent by 321plus, are on the outside affixed with the completed CN 22 forms. Our customers in the USA and Canada never had any kind of complications during their imports from us and are frequently receiving our shipments from Hong Kong without interventions of the CBP.
