Up for sale is a Rare Antique 19th century Meiji period Japanese Totai shippo Cloisonne porcelain tea set with floral patterns.
A superb example of Cloisonne Craftsmanship with elaborate enameled metalwork. Porcelain of this type was difficult and costly to produce and only made for a short period of time.

It has nice color, design and frame of metal within the ceramic.

Some very light wears due to age, overall in good condition There is one chip on the tea plate and one in perfection on the lid of the tea pot. Small chips inside sugar bowl.
