Payment Policies: PayPal is preferred method of payment, payments can be processed by phone by calling 954-925-1995 Immediate payment is required for most eBay listings, Items will be shipped within 24hrs of purchase please refer to your eBay listing for exact shipping time.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, for a 20% restocking fee and the shipping costs. Items(s) must be in its original, unused, sellable condition. If an item is returned in used condition, the return will be null and void and the items will be sent back at the customers expense. All products must be returned in its original box and/or packaging.

All return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer mistakes: Any mistakes made on behalf of DUBSandTIRES.com will be corrected by DUBSandTIRES. These items will qualify for free return or exchange and there will be no restocking fee.

RMA Return Authorization: All items must be returned with a valid RMA#, please contact us in order to receive an RMA authorization #. Any items received without an RMA # will be subject to additional fees and expenses. Returns labels can be issued and will result in a deduction from refund/exchange.
Customized Products: Any custom order products, custom made, custom engraved cannot be returned under any circumstances.
If an exchange for a product is requested, the product(s) must still be in its original and unused condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of the exchange and will vary depending on the nature of the product.
Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 48hrs of receipt of returned item.

Warranties: Most items are sold with manufacturer warranty, please contact us for details on how to proceed with warranty claim. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with manufacturer warranty claims.

Return Policy: Credit amount will be calculated based on the following parameters below
TIRES: Credit minus all shipping charges incurred by DUBSandTIRES (Tires can show no signs of mounting or bead damage and cannot be driven on at all).
WHEELS: Credit will be returned minus all actual shipping charges incurred by DUBSandTIRES. Wheels cannot show any signs that tires mounted; please test fit (ALL) wheels prior to mounting tires on them to ensure correct fitment. Wheels that have been mounted with a tire will not be accepted for return and will be refused upon delivery.

WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGES: Any refund will be credited minus $80 labor charge fee for dismount and minus all shipping charges incurred by DUBSandTIRES. If an order is cancelled in mid-shipment, ordered incorrectly and/or refused for reasons other than items damaged, missing items, or incorrectly shipped items a 17% call tag fee will be deducted from the subtotal of products purchased and buyer must pay for the return shipment of products. Credits will be issued to the PayPal account used to make the order.

Tires: must be returned with the manufactures labels still attached, if the manufacturer labels have been removed, and/or the tires have been mounted on wheels!
NO wheels will be refunded if wheels have been installed on vehicle and/or tires installed on the wheels!
