All picks are shipped first class mail with a postage stamp. (No Tracking)  

I didn’t get my order yet. I guarantee that you will receive your order although I do ship from Hawaii so you need to allow around a week and a half to two weeks to receive your pick on the mainland. I usually ship same day or next day at the latest after payment is received.  If by some reason you don’t receive your pick within this time period, I kindly ask that you message me and allow me the opportunity to resolve the situation before filing a claim with ebay. I will do my best to handle the situation immediately and offer you either a refund of your purchase price or a replacement. Whichever you prefer. The reason I ask this is that ebay will by default refund the buyer if I cannot provide a tracking number even if I have noted that I already sent a replacement!  As you can see from my feedback rating, I strive for 100% customer satisfaction but as they say you cannot please all the people all the time so if you are not satisfied with my resolution by all means initiate a claim with ebay.

At this time I cannot offer international shipping, even to Canada. It is unfortunately cost prohibitive.
