Composition  / Content  
 1 g contains:  
olaflurum 30.32 mg dectaflorum 2.87 mg,  22.1 mg sodium fluoride (equivalent ad 1.25% fluorine = 12500 ppm).  

Use  
 Once a week
 before bedtime and after brushing your teeth you must apply on all 
surfaces  of the teeth and molars, about 1 cm gel using the toothbrush.  
 Allow the gel for 2 to 3 minutes.  
 Finally, spit out the excess and rinse briefly.  

Packaging / Packing  
 Tube with a safety cap.  

Advice  
 Do not swallow Elmex Gel.  
 Does not exhibit the gel at elevated temperatures.  
 In case of excessive use, teeth can become  discolored and therefore weaken irreversibly. 

 The day you use the gel, you should avoid consuming food and / or 
drinks containing many limestone (including dairy) or magnesium (cocoa, 
cereals, vegetables, nuts or oily) and this because Elmex gel reacts 
with calcium, magnesium or aluminum, thus reducing the effectiveness of 
the  product.
