Nice Bundle of 5 Classic Golden (1) & Silver Age (4) Comics getting harder to find.  We love fun bundles together for our buyers & we love our comic buyers! All are #1's or considered first issues & estimated grades vary quite a bit.  Comics are as noted below.

1.) Cave Kids by Hanna-Barbera, 1962 12¢ Gold Key (10044-302 Silver Age. Pretty nice old comic.  Great color, images and lots of gloss to cover.  Some minor handling wear, soft creases no color breaks), good edges & corners. Spine is fairly flat & staples solid. 3/4" corner fold on back cover. Pages are O/W & VF+, but cover only Fine.  Comic likely F/VF (7.0). This is kind of a sleeper comic, not many in above mid grade show up on eBay unless over $100.

2.) The Flintstones and Pebbles Vol 2, #1 (a Hanna-Barbera Production), 1970, 15¢ Charlton Comics, Late Silver/Early Bronze Age. Really nice comic with nice color, images & art on cover.  Some minor handling wear, but solid spine, edges, corners with just a tinge of roll at spine. Some minor darkening to cover from original color with age, but not pronounced. Pages are O/W but nice. The name Kathy written in ink inside front cover. This was issued as a matt finish cover (without gloss).  Overall grade is VF (8.0) we think given all elements of comic.  Another fairly rare one to find much above mid grade without breaking the bank.

3.) The Jetson's #1 (a Hanna-Barbera Production), 15¢ 1970 Charlton Comics. Late Silver/Early Bronze Age.  Pretty solid comic, complete & firmly attached, but has a bit of wear. Cover has good color & images, but some color breaks at corner folds & minor staining from handling. Spine is fairly flat, but a well read comic. Back cover has some darkening and minor stains. Pages are O/W but have really good color & images, no major dings, just handling from some reads. Comic is likely F to F+ (6.0-6.5) one of those comics were its hard to nail down a precise grade.

4.) Elmer Fudd #1 (1st Cover) Dell Four Color #470 10¢ 1953 Golden Age Classic. 1st of Fudd on cover with Dell. Pretty nice comic but has wear with age.  Cover has nice color & images with a good amount of sheen remaining, but has some handling wear, a few color break corner creases and along the spine, but spine is fairly flat.  Comic is complete, firmly attached & no major dings we could see. There is some paper wear off on rear of comic cover corner & into a few pages but it is small, also the third page in from front has a 1" tear at right edge. Otherwise pages are O/W to tan, a little more tan toward edges, but solid with nice color & images but some corner folds.  F- (5.5) overall.

5.) Bullwinkle #1 Gold Key #10013-211, 12¢, 1962. Nice Mid Silver Age cartoon classic. Pretty solid 60 year old comic. Cover has good color to images & average sheen remaining, but also some darkening to white background & soil fingerprint staining on top front of cover edge & interior of cover has darkened a bit as well (not uncommon on these white background covers).  For some reason the finger print stains at top center of the comic did not show up as much under lighting when photo'ed in grouping, so we wanted to note it (photo #4 shows it better, must have been the angle of something).  Edges are pretty clean, spine has moderate roll but is strong at staples.  Comic is complete, firmly attached with no major detractors we could see.  Pages are O/W but really nice probably VF on their own with just a touch of corner wear at lower right. Likely F+ (6.5) to F/VF (7.0) depending on viewer.

We really wanted to put together a good mid range collector bundle here. Some of these are fairly high dollar comics in upper high grades, so we though if we bundled several mid to low highs, we could give buyers a great chance at some nice oldies without breaking the bank and saving $30-$40 in shipping at the same time by buying together.

When offering an opinion on a comic's grade or condition, we try to utilize the more accepted and common grading standards used by professional grading services with a somewhat conservative lean.  In addition, we try to detail the overall condition of a comic, including interior pages along with the cover.  Likewise, we try to show multiple interior page photos to further assist you in determining what you feel a comic's condition and value may be.  Finally, we always suggest that buyers use their own opinions on grading and value and not our own.  While we have never had a legitimate complaint on our descriptions of comics or other collectibles, antiques and other items we sell, we are not perfect.

Please look over all pictures taken for your consideration and use the zoom feature if needed.  They are to allow you to determine what you feel a book's condition & value may be.

We try to start our auction (or priced) listings below reasonable market value based on our observations & sales information (price guides & online sales) available, but we know all people are free to judge as they feel is correct.  Note also, occasionally comics may be selling higher or lower than guide values due to market changes, death of artists, film releases or other factors.  All value is ultimately determined by what buyers are willing to pay, based on their opinions.

95% of our Comics are sold as part of a private collection amassed by a consignor covering 40 years of 1940's-1980's comics. Over 1,000 #1's or 1st Issues coming as time goes by.  Collector focused on #1's. This is a consignor & not our own collection.  Many from his collection have been bagged and put away for over 30 years.  We have already sold over 300 #1's including the X-Men #1 (1963), Iron Man #1, Aqua Man #1, Archie #1, Peanuts #1, Mickey Mouse #1, Captain America #1, lots of 1950's TV Genre #1's and dozens more #1 Super Heroes, rare War Comics, Disney, Sci-Fi, Horror, Super Scarce Goldies, and other.  We will keep listing as time allows and we are just scratching the surface.

Let us know if you have questions.  We can (and do) bundle comics for discounts & shipping savings as well.  If you buy more than one comic or items and would like bundled shipping, let us know prior to paying.  This allows us to invoice you and properly insure items & saves you quite a bit on shipping.  If you buy only one comic, just pay & we will get your comic on the way to you.

We ship quickly & with great care.  Comics will be bagged, boarded & double boxed for protection & fully insured.  We do not require signature upon delivery on comics above $100 unless you request it or if it is required by shipping service due to value.  Comics above $1,000 will be shipped FedEx for insurance purposes.  We ship Priority International to Canada unless otherwise requested.

This was a recent buyer's feedback: "Great packaging. Easy fast shipping and transaction. Best packing I've ever seen."

We ship with extreme care!  Of course there is free local pick up and we can meet to assist if you are near Indianapolis or driving through.  We do this often.  We do not require signature confirmation on most items above $100, unless you request otherwise.  Be aware your state or locality may have sales tax.  Also, we have discounts with FedEx & eBay on shipping which do not always show up in eBay estimates on shipping. We try to refund what we can when there is a notable difference, but we do not know until we actually run shipping.
