 You are looking at a 5 very nice Amphenol 75- MC1M-385 model type cable jack connectors used on several older American microphones utilizing the 5/8 X 27 thread. Four of them are actually N.O.S (never used). This was often used on microphone cables as extensions such as the Turner 211, 33 or 22 series microphones as well as a bunch of early Electro Voice mics like the 611, 911, 638 and the Shure 533 SA.

 Pic # 2 is from an old Amphenol catalog showing this very type of jack. 

 You'll see in pics # 6 and 7 how they attach to your Female Amphenol 5/8 X 27 connector. 

 The connectors just need to be soldered on to your own custom cable of length with end connector of choice.

 There is 5 Amphenol connectors. All are included in this sale.
