rear suspension units as found on many British, European & Japanese motorcycles of the 1960s, 70s & 80s.

Not suitable for mono-shock suspension units or Harley Davidson models.

This tool compresses the shock absorber spring allowing the collets to be freely removed (and refitted) for
the shock absorber to be fully dismantled and re-assembled. Requires use of regular 17mm spanner.
This universal tool comes with 3 extra spacer rings enabling the tool to work on rear suspension
units that require the following collets clearance: 35mm, 47mm, 51mm & 56mm.
