This is a NOS set of 8 Forged Pistons for a SBC 327 ( similar speed-pro # L2166 )

Bore size -  4.030"

Pin height - approx 1.675"

pin dia - .927"

They take the STD 5/64 - 5/64 - 3/16 ring pack.

There are currently no gudeon pins but 8 new ones will be supplied. 

The size of the dome in CC's is not known (but it would probably be around 8-10cc's )

They were prepped to go into an engine build many decades ago but never made it to the assembly process.

A little shop soiled but very servicable. 

If you are wondering about the brand and the quality of the forging, I would hazzard a guess that these are a TRW forging sold under the GEON branding. If they did forge piston blanks themselves, they would have gone to a lot of expense and trouble to belt out a very limited number of part numbers and then swiftly leave the industry as quickly as they entered it. I have been building engines for many decades and this set looks like an old TRW design and forging. If you care to look at the latest speed-pro offering, the design and basic forging blank is near identical.
