 Item is brand new in factory packaging.

The exterior of the packaging does have some cosmetic damage due to storage and shelf life. It has some light corner and edge rubs. There are scratches and a couple of wrinkles on the clear plastic packaging. 
These things only affect the exterior of the packaging, the bike is new, untouched, and undamaged.
