Slashed arm warmers with cotton on the bottom and nylon slashed fabric on top. Top cut outs can be wrapped around your fingers and up your arms! Twist up the ties for a distressed rocker look, or keep them neat and tidy so just a little bit of the bottom layer shows through. 

Bottom: 95% Cotton. 5% Spandex.
Top: 82% Nylon. 18% Spandex.
