This came from my Bother-in-Law. He was an electronics wizard, and could fix anything. I don't know if it was modified or anything. It is a bit dirty on the inside and I left it just as found. The outside is showing age but no big dings in it. It was tested and it works. Sorry shipping is bit much, but this is very heavy and needs to be packed well and I am shipping priority.
