Unless the buyer requests no laminate, these decals will come with a laminate film installed to protect the print. 
These decals can be clear-coated over, but it is not necessary. They can be installed without a clear-coat if you so choose.
I take pride in producing high quality reproductions. However, some sizes and colors might differ sightly from the original decals.
