- Please contact us prior to purchase if you want the DMC wool kit. There is an option for DMC floss kit. If purchase with wool kit, please note that the wool will be shrink wrap in order to respect Canada Post thickness limit.
- We offer flat shipping and the canvas will be folded and shipped in a large envelop. No insurance or tracking for flat shipping.
- We also offer Expedited parcel shipping with Canada Post but the canvas will folded. Includes insurance, tracking and faster shipping.
- If you prefer rolled in a shipping tube, please contact us for a shipping quote.
- Shipping time Canada 5 to 14 days; US 14 to 45 days but usually within 20 days. For some reasons, it's faster to ship to Europe than to the US
- Please remember that we can not be responsible for delays from the postal services.
Important stuff
- Sales tax will be added to the cost of the item for Canadian residents
- International buyers, please email since shipping options other than Canada and US is not listed. Will be allowed on a case by case due to shipping problems and extended delays with some countries postal services.
- We will accept returns, no question asked, but shipping is never refunded unless we made a mistake.
- We reserve the right to sell to new members. Please contact us prior to buying if your feedback is less than 20. After a few bad experiences with newcomers, we got a bit more cautious. I appologize for this limitation to all new members that behave well on eBay. Will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. We combine shipping providing it is paid in one transaction.
