The working frequency of this Tesla coil can reach 16.5MHZ. It works at this frequency and in continuous operation, featuring higher energy density of the arc. Ordinary pulsed low-frequency Tesla coils are slender arcs that appear blue and purple, but the arc of this Tesla coil is a very high-temperature plasma arc, showing a golden yellow at extremely high temperature.
The HFSSTC allows longer running time and it can work continuously for 30 minutes with a single start! Its power can reach around 200W. Product size 80 x 80 x 160mm/3.1 x 3.1 x 6.3". An 8cm/3.1" fan is used to dissipate heat for the overall circuit. The resonant coil and the secondary coil are made of C+ high temperature resistant enameled wire, which will not turn black after long-term operation. The secondary coil bobbin adopts a premium quartz bobbin which is resistant to 1700℃. It adopts an integrated design and uses a CNC machine tool to process the coil base. The secondary coil is not independent, because it is resistant to high temperature.
When shipping, we will take off the discharge end and package it separately. After receiving the product, please wind the wire of the secondary coil around the discharge end. After the first start, if there is no arc, please touch the discharge end with a metal object such as a screwdriver. When the ambient temperature is too low, the arc may be smaller after starting, and the best working state can be achieved after preheating and running for about 3 minutes.
