auction is for live plant in a pot with free shipping to European Union
countries and almost all countries in the world - it's free shipping to
around 200 countries in the world!!!
Package will be sent by registered letter, weight about 400-500g.

I will send you via Ebay - a tracking number to track the shippment. The shipment number is provided by me via the Ebay form each time the shipment is shipped.
Unfortunatelly,
it is forbidden to ship plants to the USA so i won't shipp to USA and
less than 10 other countries listed in the excluded shipping locations,
sorry!!!
In the case of providing me the
address to the country listed in the exclusions, I will propose the
shippment to a country not subject to restrictions and if then the buyer
doesn't indicate this, the contract is considered to be terminated -
then I will refund payment to the buyer.
The shipment will be professionally packed in such a way that mechanical damage to the plant is not possible.
It is sent when it is safe for the plant. In spring and autumn,
shipping may be delayed due to the need to avoid unfavorable weather. If you have any concerns, always write a message on Ebay first.
If
anything bad happens during shippment, please don't open a case as it
is unnecessary cost and the explained return cannot be unscrewed later.
So in case of any problems please drop me a message first and wait patiently for a reply.

Shipping in EU is under my responsibility.
Most of the plants I offer can stay in the package for up to 3-4 weeks without harm.

If plants die during shipment i will replace them at no charge - only applies to shipping to EU !!!

It is possible to send worldwide (exept listed USA and other exclusions) ONLY for customers responsibility.
If
I have included your country in the shipping exclusions and you care
about shipping, please write me a message so that we can determine
whether shipping is possible at the customer's responsibility or not.
I
can't take any responsibility for to long post service, loss (not
delivery), detention by customs officers, etc because it is independent
from me.
For shipping worldwide
shipping cost is the same as for shipping to EU (shipping cost is always
included in the final price of the product).
I also always take a photo of the plant being shipped for the customer and under customer responsibility.
If you live outside the EU and you want me to send you a plant under your responsibility, I need your written consent.
I send a passport with the plant, which usually makes it easier to
check in. In most cases, plants reach customers outside the EU without
any problems, but sometimes it is not enough and The plant will be
destroyed, damaged due transport delays, or confiscated by customs
officials. Unfortunately, I am not able to know all the regulations in
your country. Therefore, without your written responsibility for such
shipment, I will not send the plant outside EU. If you purchase from
outside the EU, please message me via Ebay accepting your responsibility
within 48 hours. Otherwise, the order from outside EU will be canceled.
