I have a 1 day dispatch time giving you a fast turnaround from purchese to delivery

2nd class is my default on most listings, but they all have 1st class & special delivery option you can choose at checkout if needed urgently.

Some parcels will be too large to fit a letterbox, so if your item has not arrived please check if you have received a missed delivery card.

I send either scanned or tracked post so i can always check for you if an item is taking longer than expected.   

Please retain your delivery invoice as this will be needed if you require a return or exchange, if the colour ordered is not a good match I offer a colour match service and will just need a lock of hair in with the return so i can find your colour, i will then send this to you as a free exchange.

If you are returning an item for a refund it needs to be as sent with all tags attached and not been worn even for a short time due to hygiene rules.

You are responsible for return postage costs (this does not affect your statutory rights) and I reserve the right to return item back to you if not returned within given timeframe of 30 days or it seems to have been worn or is without tags.
