LABELLING
All tags and labels including the care label (which has been replaced with a generic care label) have been cut to prevent store returns and to comply with UK resale laws. There are no longer any tags in the dress, please make sure you are happy with this before purchasing. All re-sellers of high street clothing must comply with this law, please look at other sellers to be reassured that this is correct. PLEASE do not buy if you are unhappy with this policy
RETURNS
We are committed to ensuring all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via eBay and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and return the item in an unworn condition with original tags and packaging where applicable still intact. A full refund excluding postage costs will be issued.
In the unlikely event that the item is incorrect or damaged in any way, we will also refund your return postage costs.
