All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No exceptions. 

We will ONLY ship to the address on the order. No Exceptions. So please double check your address before purchasing as no changes can be made afterwards.

Please DO NOT message us for discounts or offers. We may choose to not respond. Our prices are firm and no offers will be accepted. 

We may NOT honor cancellation requests. So please READ and CHECK everything BEFORE you pay! Such as your shipping address, payment methods, coupons, eBay bucks and most importantly, please make sure that you are 100% sure you want the item. We lose money in fees every time we cancel and refund an order. It is a waste of time and money for us as a seller. 

If you insist on cancelling your order, we will require an inconvenience fee of 10% of the item price or $5/per order, whichever is greater, paid via PayPal. Otherwise the sale is final and we will not be able to cancel it.

We reserve the right to cancel orders on whom we do not want to do business with.

Immediate payment is required for all items. No reservations. After payment received, your tracking number will be updated within the handling time that is stated in the listing. We only ship within the U.S.

Please keep in mind that eBay’s proposed date of delivery is only an estimate. We cannot guarantee the date of delivery as we have no control over the speed that the shipping carrier handles packages. 

Buyer is responsible for providing the correct / deliverable address and accepting the item. There will be NO refunds if the item gets returned to sender due to an incorrect / undeliverable address, package unclaimed or refusal of the package. With this in mind, buyer must pay postage if it is necessary for us to reship the item.

Please note due to different monitors / lighting colors may vary slightly from the pictures.

For new with tag items, we may cut the retail price off the tag, or completely remove the price tag and only leave the plain tag attached.

We are not responsible for any manufacturer defects. We receive our items as is. At the same time, rest assured that they are new and unused.

We are not responsible for any minor cosmetic imperfections. All products we sell are new purchased from both legit department/retail stores and original factories. While we do our best to inspect the items before we ship, please think seriously before you purchase if you are a perfectionist.

Any occasional irregularities and variations in the texture / colors / threading of the fabric or leather are characteristics of the material adds to its natural beauty. These irregularities are not considered defective. 

Please note clothing may have wrinkles. Also winkles maybe due to the garments having to be folded prior to shipping.

Due to our high sales volume, we may not answer questions regarding measurements. We may not respond to questions that are subjective. We may also not answer requests for taking additional photos of the item (We simply do not have time). That being said, it is the buyer's decision to purchase or not purchase.
