As there is no perfect conversion between UK and European sizes, the sizes shown below are the European equivalent of the UK size. We would always recommend that you order the bigger size for fit.
Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
Dispatch Working days are Monday to Friday.
- Our courier will deliver your parcel between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday - Saturday. A signature may be required on receipt.
- Full tracking of your parcel is available using the link provided in your Dispatch Notification email.
- If you are not in to accept your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
- If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to a local depot and leave a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery.
Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you - and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unworn condition. There are two ways in which you can do this:
Return to a Shoe Zone Store
Our free returns option is to take the order to your local Shoe Zone store. Please find your local store using the Store Locator page section on Shoe Zone's website. It is important that you make sure that the item is in its original, resalable condition still when you do return it to us. Please ensure that you also keep all your Shoe Zone packaging so that you can take this with you, we will then be able to use your returns reference from the label to process your return back to you.
Return your order to our Head Office
Alternatively, you're more than welcome to post the item back to our Head Office. Please be advised that Shoe Zone does not offer a free postal returns service, therefore any returns made to our Head Office would be at your own cost. For details on postal returns, please follow the instructions within the Order Dispatched email you receive.
Is there a problem with your order or is it faulty?
If the item received is faulty on receipt, please contact Customer Services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.
